The flowers were easy to purchase, and arrived in good condition.
However, the delivery process was very stressful. FedEx tried to deliver them over 2 hours early. Then despite numerous calls, we could not discover where the flowers actually were. (conflicting information on the FedEx website versus people we talked to about which FedEx location the flowers were at, the actual delivery status, etc).
The flowers were redelivered the following day and were fine, but we were worried about what would happen to them overnight.
