Arranging Tips for Assorted Luxurious Roses at Wholesale Prices

 Choose Complementary Colors

When working with luxurious roses, such as green roses, pair them with complementary hues to create eye-catching arrangements. Soft pastels or deep jewel tones can enhance the natural elegance of the roses while adding depth and dimension to your design.

Layer for Visual Interest

Start with larger rose heads as the focal point, and layer in smaller blooms to build volume and structure. Mixing sizes and textures allows for dynamic arrangements that feel lush and balanced.

Balance with Filler Greens

Incorporate filler greens, such as eucalyptus or ferns, to complement the roses and create a natural, full look. Greenery not only enhances beauty but also helps define the theme, from classic romance to modern sophistication.

Prioritize Freshness

Ensure your roses arrive as fresh as possible by sourcing from reliable wholesale suppliers. Store them in cool, hydrated conditions upon arrival to maintain their quality for weddings or events.

Use Decorative Accessories

Elevate your arrangements with luxurious vases, ribbons, or metallic accents. Gold or silver details add sophistication, making your designs perfect for upscale wedding themes.

With these tips, you can create stunning rose arrangements that leave a lasting impression and perfectly capture the elegance required for weddings and events.

Care

Care and Handling for Luxurious Fresh Cut Roses

To ensure your fresh cut roses remain vibrant and stunning for your weddings or events, follow these essential care and handling steps:

Unpack the Roses with Care

Gently remove the roses from their packaging to avoid damaging the petals or stems.

Trim the Stems

Cut the stems at a 45-degree angle under running water. This promotes hydration and prevents air from entering the stems.

Remove Excess Foliage

Remove any foliage that will fall below the waterline to prevent bacterial growth in the container.

Hydrate the Roses

Place the roses in clean containers filled with fresh water and flower food. Keep them in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight and drafts.

Allow Proper Hydration Time

Give the roses at least 4-6 hours to hydrate fully before arranging them.

Maintain Freshness

Regularly refresh the water and re-cut the stems every 1-2 days to ensure the roses retain their elegance and longevity.

By adhering to these steps, your fresh cut roses will remain a stunning and vibrant centerpiece, perfect for any occasion.

Tips for ordering
  • We recommend that most flowers be scheduled to be delivered 2-3 days prior to an event. All flowers are harvested just prior to delivery.
  • Delicate flowers such as Lily of the Valley, Gardenias, and Stephanotis are best when delivered 1-2 days before the event.
  • Iris have a short vase life so the delivery should be scheduled 2 days prior to your event.
  • Lotus have a short vase life so they need to be ordered 1-2 days prior to events.
  • Peonies and Ranunculus may take longer to open during cold months. Schedule delivery of these flowers 3-4 days prior to your event.
  • Alstroemeria, Gladiolus, Agapanthus, Stars of Bethlehem, Sunflowers, and Lilies may require at least 3 days for blooming. Consider scheduling delivery of these flowers 3-4 days before your event.
  • Blooming branches for Jan and Feb deliveries should be scheduled for delivery at least 7 - 10 days before your event to permit adequate blooming. Expect blooming in 10 days with cold weather. For March and later, a 4-5 day lead time before your wedding or event is suggested for proper blooming.
  • Pumpkin branches schedule delivery 2 to 3 days prior to your event.
  • For Manzanita branches, if you would like the farm to remove the leaves, this needs to be requested in advance.
If you are unsure what day to select, pick the best available date you can, we suggest 3 days prior to the event. OR you can contact our flower care experts by chat or email to help you decide which date is best for you.
