Excellent service - excellent product!

Shipment was split into two orders for some reason with no warning. But it worked out and the flowers were perfect.

The flowers we received for our wedding were absolutely gorgeous! We were so happy with the quality and would absolutely recommend them to others. We got the white hydrangea and ferns for our wedding to go with the lavender bouquets we got from a local farm and it all went together beautifully :)

We ordered creme roses, lisianthus flowers, and ferns for our wedding. We made bouquets and boutonnieres with just those there elements. The roses were delivered a day late and about 80% were usable. Many started to brown even after being in water. It took three days for the lisianthus flowers to fully open. Overall very satisfied.

The Alstroemeria arrived in very bad shape. leaves were all brown, flowers very droopy, could only use around 5 stems. even after hydration they wouldn't come back.

Very good on everything. Especially we had to substitute a flower and the staff member gave us a substitution that worked out even better than our first selection, which was out of season.

Flowers were ordered for a Friday event. All arrived by Wednesday with no issues. They were beautiful!

All of my flowers arrived on the date specified. My only complaint is the freshness of the baby?s breath. Over half of my order was dried up and not as fresh as should have been. The rest of my order was very nice and top quality.

I was very happy with what I received and the customer service team member that I spoke with was very nice and helpful.

Five out of six boxes ordered arrived on the promised delivery date. One of the boxes was sent halfway across the U.S. and did not arrive until the next day - that was the fault of UPS however. Of the five boxes received on the correct day, HALF of the flowers in one box were missing. Another 15% were broken damaged and the carnations were so fragile that there continued to be a lot of breakage just trying to make up table centerpieces. I had to file an EIGHT part claim the same day this happened (instead of dealing with wedding stuff) and then I had to take more pictures because the farm that had shorted us (contracted by Wholeblossoms.com) wanted a picture of the ones we had received. That is really dumb because if I wasn't an honest person I could have just taken a picture of some of the flowers. Geesh. Then when the final box arrived, ONE DAY before the wedding, the carnations did not come even close to matching the other two colors we had ordered. And again, the carnations were very fragile and there were at least a dozen broken when we received them. Customer service was fairly easy to work with - their phone service is poor however, necessitating repeating everything. The roses, hydrangeas, baby's breath and filler were excellent. I would hesitate to ever order carnations from wholeblossoms again however, unless they work with more reliable farms. The only thing that saved us was that we had ordered extra to begin with and the mismatched replacement carnations worked for the table centerpieces. Had the delays, mixups and missing/damaged flowers affected the bride's bouquet or the bridesmaid's bouquets I would not be rating wholeblossoms as high as I am now. I recommend better quality control over the independent farms in regards to packaging and quantity checks.

The flowers came on time. They were so fresh and beautiful!

This was the first time I ordered real floral online. I couldn't have asked for better service. I spoke with someone before I put in my order, and then everything was delivered in time. I followed the directions that were given and got so many compliments on the arrangements that I made. The only thing I didn't use from my order was the blue baby breath. I think I was expecting a navy color, and the light blue didn't work. I would recommend this site to anyone that asks, and I would definitely use it again in the future.

The Bird of Paradise arrived tightly closed on Monday, but were opened fully by the event on Friday. The fern arrived on Wednesday and was beautiful as soon as unpacked.
