Care & Designing Tips

Care & Handling Tips

  • Trim stems at a diagonal angle and place in fresh, clean water immediately upon arrival.
  • Allow 12–24 hours for full hydration before using them in floral arrangements.
  • Keep in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight to preserve the delicate pink and green hues.
  • Refresh water every 2 days and remove submerged leaves to prevent bacteria buildup.
  • Use floral food to extend their longevity and maintain petal firmness.

Designing Tips from Whole Blossoms:

  • Pink Mondial Eco Roses are the epitome of elegance in floral design. With their creamy blush tones and luxurious heads, they serve as stunning focal flowers in both modern and classic arrangements.
  • For weddings, pair them with ivory ranunculus, lisianthus, and white majolika spray roses for a romantic, monochromatic palette.
  • Add sage or dusty miller foliage for texture and softness, or go bold with deep mauve or antique lavender accents.
  • Use them in cascading bridal bouquets, aisle arrangements, and elevated centerpieces for maximum visual impact.
  • These roses also stand beautifully on their own in tight, round bouquets or hand-tied clusters for a chic, minimalist vibe.
  • Their versatility allows them to blend into any theme—rustic, vintage, boho, or luxe.

Tips for ordering
  • We recommend that most flowers be scheduled to be delivered 2-3 days prior to an event. All flowers are harvested just prior to delivery.
  • Delicate flowers such as Lily of the Valley, Gardenias, and Stephanotis are best when delivered 1-2 days before the event.
  • Iris have a short vase life so the delivery should be scheduled 2 days prior to your event.
  • Lotus have a short vase life so they need to be ordered 1-2 days prior to events.
  • Peonies and Ranunculus may take longer to open during cold months. Schedule delivery of these flowers 3-4 days prior to your event.
  • Alstroemeria, Gladiolus, Agapanthus, Stars of Bethlehem, Sunflowers, and Lilies may require at least 3 days for blooming. Consider scheduling delivery of these flowers 3-4 days before your event.
  • Blooming branches for Jan and Feb deliveries should be scheduled for delivery at least 7 - 10 days before your event to permit adequate blooming. Expect blooming in 10 days with cold weather. For March and later, a 4-5 day lead time before your wedding or event is suggested for proper blooming.
  • Pumpkin branches schedule delivery 2 to 3 days prior to your event.
  • For Manzanita branches, if you would like the farm to remove the leaves, this needs to be requested in advance.
If you are unsure what day to select, pick the best available date you can, we suggest 3 days prior to the event. OR you can contact our flower care experts by chat or email to help you decide which date is best for you.
