Overall, the experience was very good. While Whole Blossoms was not able to deliver the original order or replace the ordered garden roses with a suitable replacement, customer service was very kind in working with me on giving a refund, even though it was within the 10 day non-refund window. The flowers and greenery that were able to be delivered were wonderful. The only issue I could mention was the beautiful renunculus came with about 10 stems (out of 50) were either wilted, broken off at the head or completely dead upon arrival.
