Designing Tips

Designing Tips for Fresh Tis the Season Garlands

Craft Luxury Copper-Accented Estate Table Runners

Lay the 5-inch Tis the Season garland down the center of long wooden or linen banquet tables. The warm copper undersides of the magnolia leaves add rich depth that pairs beautifully when tucking in focal stems like wholesale white hydrangeas or creamy garden roses for an upscale holiday centerpiece.

Adorn Grand Fireplace Mantels with Textured Greenery

Drape the garland across stone or brick fireplace hearths, letting the seeded eucalyptus strands spill gracefully over the edges. Complement the rich warm tones by interweaving delicate white blooms from our bulk white ranunculus along the top edge.

Frame Ceremonial Double Doors & Entry Archways

Attach these flexible strands along venue entrance doors or wooden pergolas using green floral wire. The broad magnolia foliage creates a dense botanical archway, which looks breathtaking when accented with tall blue accents from our wholesale delphinium selection.

Illuminate Tablescapes with Brass Candleholders & Tapers

Arrange metallic brass or copper candlestick holders with tall white taper candles directly alongside the garland strand. The warm candlelight glints off the glossy magnolia leaves and highlights the velvety copper backing for an intimate evening glow.

Incorporate Metallic & Velvet Accent Ribbons

Weave deep burgundy velvet or champagne gold metallic ribbons through the greenery to emphasize the rich natural copper tones of the magnolia leaves.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How wide is the regular Tis the Season holiday garland?

This regular Tis the Season garland measures approximately 5 inches in width, offering a dense, multi-leaf profile ideal for dining table runners, mantels, and archway displays.

What greenery varieties are included in this garland blend?

Our farms craft this seasonal garland using fresh Southern Magnolia leaves, Silver Dollar Eucalyptus, and textured Seeded Eucalyptus.

Why do some magnolia leaves have a brown or copper backing?

Southern Magnolia leaves naturally feature a soft, velvety copper or suede-like backing. This natural dual-tone adds high-end warmth, depth, and texture to the garland design.

How long does fresh Tis the Season garland stay fresh?

Magnolia and Eucalyptus are both exceptionally hardy foliage varieties. Kept in a cool space and lightly misted prior to setup, the garland retains its fresh look for 7 to 10 days indoors.

How far in advance should I order for a holiday event?

We recommend scheduling delivery 1 to 2 days prior to your event date so the eucalyptus leaves have time to hydrate and fluff out naturally after unpacking.

Can I insert fresh cut flowers into the Tis the Season garland?

Yes. The sturdy hand-bound central vine easily supports fresh floral water picks, flower stems, or decorative ornaments without sagging.
