Amaranthus Red Hanging

4.6 out of 5 with 4 ratings
Amaranthus Red Hanging makes for a classical addition for your centerpieces and other floral arrangements. The farm carefully packs each bunch with 5 to 8 stems. You may already know what varieties you want to add to your Wedding Flowers, or you may be in the consideration stage and still trying to decide. We always recommend Babys Breath with most arrangements and it will enhance the hanging varieties. There are several ideas when planning your wedding or event, but a fanciful planter hanging form lattice work, indoor or outdoor, will do wonders. It almost resembles lush fruit, dripping from the bottoms of trees. For a beautiful cascading bouquet, we recommend cream peonies and red peonies with some Israeli Ruscus. It really matches the red lipstick of a bride in a long, flowing, white dress. Also you will want to match the groom’s boutonniere with a red rose. Let your imagination flow.

Tips for ordering
  • We recommend that most flowers be scheduled to be delivered 2-3 days prior to an event. All flowers are harvested just prior to delivery.
  • Delicate flowers such as Lily of the Valley, Gardenias, and Stephanotis are best when delivered 1-2 days before the event.
  • Iris have a short vase life so the delivery should be scheduled 2 days prior to your event.
  • Lotus have a short vase life so they need to be ordered 1-2 days prior to events.
  • Peonies and Ranunculus may take longer to open during cold months. Schedule delivery of these flowers 3-4 days prior to your event.
  • Alstroemeria, Gladiolus, Agapanthus, Stars of Bethlehem, Sunflowers, and Lilies may require at least 3 days for blooming. Consider scheduling delivery of these flowers 3-4 days before your event.
  • Blooming branches for Jan and Feb deliveries should be scheduled for delivery at least 7 days before your event to permit adequate blooming. For March and later, a 4-5 day lead time before your wedding or event is suggested for proper blooming.
  • Pumpkin branches schedule delivery 2 to 3 days prior to your event.
  • For Manzanita branches, if you would like the farm to remove the leaves, this needs to be requested in advance.
If you are unsure what day to select, pick the best available date you can, we suggest 3 days prior to the event. OR you can contact our flower care experts by chat or email to help you decide which date is best for you.
