Care & Handling

Care & Handling of Attache Hot Pink Roses

  1. Unpack Immediately: Upon receiving your Attache Hot Pink Roses, carefully unpack them and place them in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight.

  2. Hydrate Properly: Trim 1-2 inches from the bottom of the stems at a 45-degree angle under running water. Place the roses in a clean vase or bucket filled with fresh water and flower food. Hydration is crucial for maintaining the vibrant pink hue and ensuring longevity.

  3. Store in a Cool Area: Keep your roses in a cool environment, ideally between 34-75°F. Avoid placing them near ripening fruits, as ethylene gas can reduce the lifespan of the roses.

  4. Change Water Regularly: Replace the water every 2 days to keep it fresh and re-trim the stems slightly each time. This helps the roses stay hydrated and looking fresh.

  5. Remove Guard Petals: Gently peel away any outer guard petals that may appear bruised or damaged. These petals protect the inner blooms during shipping and are completely normal.

By following these steps, your Attache Hot Pink Roses will stay fresh and beautiful for weddings, events, and other special occasions.

Tips for ordering
  • We recommend that most flowers be scheduled to be delivered 2-3 days prior to an event. All flowers are harvested just prior to delivery.
  • Delicate flowers such as Lily of the Valley, Gardenias, and Stephanotis are best when delivered 1-2 days before the event.
  • Iris have a short vase life so the delivery should be scheduled 2 days prior to your event.
  • Lotus have a short vase life so they need to be ordered 1-2 days prior to events.
  • Peonies and Ranunculus may take longer to open during cold months. Schedule delivery of these flowers 3-4 days prior to your event.
  • Alstroemeria, Gladiolus, Agapanthus, Stars of Bethlehem, Sunflowers, and Lilies may require at least 3 days for blooming. Consider scheduling delivery of these flowers 3-4 days before your event.
  • Blooming branches for Jan and Feb deliveries should be scheduled for delivery at least 7 days before your event to permit adequate blooming. For March and later, a 4-5 day lead time before your wedding or event is suggested for proper blooming.
  • Pumpkin branches schedule delivery 2 to 3 days prior to your event.
  • For Manzanita branches, if you would like the farm to remove the leaves, this needs to be requested in advance.
If you are unsure what day to select, pick the best available date you can, we suggest 3 days prior to the event. OR you can contact our flower care experts by chat or email to help you decide which date is best for you.
