Garden Roses 72 Pack By Variety

I ordered the 72 stem garden roses for an outdoor wedding in S.C. I was quite anxious about the shipping and keeping the roses in good shape for the wedding - especially with the heat and humidity. I was able to track the order, fed-ex delivered on time and the roses were packed with great care. I followed the care instructions and they perked up immediately. We kept them in a cool, dark basement, kept the water clean and they were simply perfect for the wedding. Everyone was impressed by their quality. These roses are supposed to have a short 5 day vase life, but they have continued to look great a full week from delivery. I have had a lot of experience with event flowers and I was completely impressed by this experience. Customer service was helpful and prompt with all my calls and questions. I would recommend ordering from Whole Blossoms 100%!!

I was delighted by every aspect of my experience with Whole Blossoms. The flowers were gorgeous (I order 700 stems of roses, garden roses, lisianthus, and Veronica plus greens.) The entire order was delivered on time on Wednesday. I conditioned them as instructed and made the arrangements on Thursday night and Friday for a Saturday wedding. The flowers were in spectacular shape on Saturday. I was especially pleased how well the bouquets held up as they were out of water for over eight hours and still were in good shape the next day. I also was bowled over by the excellent customer service. I was contacted by Miguel on the Friday prior to my scheduled delivery because Whole Blossoms was not happy with the field condition of one of the Rose types I ordered and wanted my permission to substitute. I was contacted by Miguel again the day after the scheduled delivery to make sure that the order was complete and that the flowers met my expectations. This is one of the best on-line ordering experiences I have ever had.

The delivery came a day earlier then expected, and the flowers were a little dried out when I opened them. Some of the flowers fell apart, other then that they were pretty

Fantastic! The flowers were extremely fresh, and fragrant. Our wedding took place in 90 degree heat, and the garden roses held up beautifully. Our order was delivered in 2 separate deliveries, and when I called customer service they explained the order split, and provided tracking info for the second order.

Everything went well except for the FedEx driver not leaving the flowers. We were home but he did not ring the bell only knocked so no one heard, we were clearly home. That is not fault of Whole Blossoms, I will just never require signature... when I have flowers due I am there to receive them! I thought I changed that option when I received a text asking me to but apparently that was only for the ones UPS delivered. Overall, very pleased!

The flowers were beautiful. We did lose two dozen on the second day (they turned brown and the petals fell off)- they were packaged in a smaller box and I think they may have gotten cold during transport. Other than that we were very happy.
