My experience with Whole blooms was very good. timely conversations about product that was not available and help finding a appropriate substitute. The quality and freshness of the flowers was incredible. product arrived in great condition and on time. shipping trackers and notifications were very accurate and appreciated.

From start to finish, ordering of my flowers for my wedding was easy. June even called me and was concerned the peonies wouldn't be all opened in time and adjusted the delivery date. They were perfect. I cannot recommend wholeblossoms enough.

Peonies were excellent! Blossomed exactly on time following the instructions provided. Delivery was as expected. I will order from Whole Blossoms again!

The overall quality was excellent. We had three flowers that needed to be substituted due to availability issues. This was a bit frustrating, and one of the colors substituted didn't match the wedding colors very well, so we did not use them as intended. Otherwise, the other two substitutions were fine. Customer service was quick to communicate the information via text and were easy to work with. There was one unexpected upcharge of $15 because they said I ordered from a May catalog instead of the July one. I still don't understand why/how this happened, as I feel it was WholeBlossom's responsibility not to make things available at certain price points and not my responsibility. In the grand scheme of things, the $15 was not a deal breaker, and the quality and timeliness were still worth the price.
