Lily of the Valley Flower

Dear Sir or Madam, The service was impeccable. Please read my message I left on your website immediately after the ordered flowers had been delivered. Moreover, I called your representative and expressed my gratitude once more. It was a very, very special case. My aunt was never able to get Lily of the Valley flowers during all her almost 40 years she lived in the USA. When she got terminally ill (cancer), I spoke with her every day to support her. The only thing she was dreaming of was to smell the fragrance of these flowers. Your company was the ONLY one in the USA that was able to deliver lily of the valley flowers in February. The bouquet was delivered right before her birthday. I wish you could hear how her voice was triumphant. I wish you could hear the joy and her deepest gratitude for the chance to inhale the fragrance of these divine flowers. She passed away in a couple of days. Your service and help was priceless. I expected the delivery early morning but I received it late afternoon and the flowers were not in good shape... Hopefully after one night on the fridge I enjoyed the nice bouquet during a few days...Thanks again, Joelle Lagarde

Whole Blossoms customer service, both the online chat and via email turned a poor quality flower delivery into a positive experience. Although the criteria for review & return were stringent, the response from customer service was immediate. My bet was that this was just a one-off experience with one of the farms -- and not representative of the normal quality of their service.

They were great. Everyone. And I had to hangs the order and the delivery a couple of times. So, not the easiest order placed.

The flowers were okay and beautiful.

These special lilies of the valley were sent to a beloved aunt who is seriously ill. They arrived in beautiful, fragrant condition. She Loved them, as they brought back sweet childhood memories of her family and her home. As we were unable to travel ourselves to visit and be with her, these beautiful blossoms carried our hearts in just the right way. Thank you!

The quality of the flowers was amazing!!! I would 100% buy from WholeBlossoms again. I did my own flowers for my small wedding ceremony. They arrived in fantastic condition, well protected. They lasted for at least 6 days, and some are still going strong. The only issue was that one of the flowers (baby's breath) was shipped via UPS a day early, so I was not prepared for their arrival. Thankfully, the UPS driver was able to come back later in the day after work hours and I was able to get the delivery. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Whole blossom was great. The flowers I was looking for don't grow in this area. I wanted to surprise my mother-in-law with the flowers she had in her wedding bouquet for her 50th wedding anniversary... thanks to whole blossom, I was able to!

Bought lily of the valley for my bridal bouquet. They smelled amazing and looked great in photos. They started to wilt towards the end of the day but these flowers had quite a busy day so I was fine with that.

I wanted to get flowers for my mom for Xmas. Requested delivery for 22nd, and added a note that if delivery was possible for 23rd or 24th I'd prefer that, as close to Xmas as possible and that they could contact me if needed. Got the flowers early on the 21st. So half their life was spent unable to be enjoyed by the person I bought them for. I know it's a tough time of year but I spent a lot on this order and was hoping for a bit more of a time-sensitive delivery.

The Whole Blossom team we?re amazing helping me all along the way. The biggest challenge was delivery timing which changed in the course of delivery. Some arrived when I was out of town and I had to get people to meet package, sign, open and store in a cool place. The last package only arrived an hour before I was to leave for the event. Not sure how this could have been different, maybe the order should had had a earlier arrival date scheduled. It did cause some heart palpating as wondering if they would be met or kept in proper conditions until needed. The flowers were gorgeous and the praise for them from all the guests was generous and excited. Thank you for all you did to make my Mother?s 90th Birthday party celebrations so perfect and beautiful!!

This is the only place. Could find that could deliver Lily of the Valley and which had a nice track record for doing so. I actually ordered two bunches for my mom's birthday. While this is a no frills whole blossom shipper my mom was ecstatic to receive flowers she remembers from growing up as a child in Europe. They were very fresh and have a shelf life of at least 5 days so far. Will definitely do business again!

Had a problem with the flowers not being hydrated during transport. JP was very helpful and got me a replacement order FAST! THANK YOU SO MUCH for your help!

Flowers arrived yellowed and wilted. Even with the care instructions they never revived. They're a delicate flower and I guess they didn't travel well. Sad

Unfortunately the flowers ... lilies of the valley ... were delivered on June 5th rather than June 6th which meant that by the time I gave them to my wife on June 8th they were already somewhat past their prime ... despite having followed the instructions as soon as they arrived (I took delivery directly from the Fedex man)

I sent lilies of the valley to my mother, and they were absolutely beautiful. They were harvested and sent from England or thereabouts I believe, and arrived in bloom, undamaged and a day early. A nice woman called me almost immediately after placing my order informing me the farm required a slightly larger stem count to meet their minimum purchase requirement. I'm actually glad they did, because I think what I originally requested would've done a disservice to the bouquet. To top everything off, this was all done for a Valentine's day delivery ordered only a couple weeks prior. These flowers were ordered as a simple bouquet for nothing other than a surprise arrival for my mother out of state. They clearly put as much weight and care into such a minuscule order compared to the events they service. I couldn't be any more pleased or impressed with the professionalism, quality, selection and timeliness I received. I will never use any other service. For larger or small events.
