My first order of 80 white lotus flowers was terrible. Lotus flowers were all spoiled. Upon submitted a claim Andrea (extension 104) was EXCELLENT ! She responded to my claim, listened to the problem and my needs and in a short few minutes offered me a solution. At no charge to me she shipped me 50 white gardenias. The delivery time was cutting it close to the time of the event but they replacement flowers were lovely. Andrea provided excellent service, was confident in her problem resolution and maintained frequent communications and updates. Thank you Andrea for your great effort to make my problem yours and in offering an immediate solution.

Christmas gift

Ordering via the website was a breeze. The gardenias arrived as promised and lasted longer than I expected given their delicate nature. Receiving an email with care instructions was a big plus. Also I was happily surprised to receive a call from customer service after my flowers arrived just to make sure everything was ok.

Flowers were beautiful. They came without stems so if you order gardenias and need stems just let them know.

Your team was great at locating the gardinias we were looking for and getting them to us on time. The flowers themselves were somewhat smaller than last time and did not stay fresh for as long. They were still a good value.

Flowers arrived on Thursday, although I requested a Friday delivery. (Better early than late!) However, flowers stayed fresh (1 out of the 9 started to turn brown, but I put white out on it & it was fine), (we followed your instructions) looked beautiful, & smelled even better! Thank you!

Wonderful experience with wholeBlossoms from start to finish. I called customer service as the gardenias I was looking all over for were not available through any other flower distributor online, or in the nearest 5 states. I needed the blossoms delivered within 4 days of calling and I wanted to check to see if they were actually available as I had seen some elsewhere that were listed as available but they were not. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and quite knowledgeable about the flowers they had and their availability, she also called their distributors to check while I was on the phone to ensure there were enough to meet my order request and that they were in beautiful condition. She diligently placed my order and set up shipping that was both expedient and workable with my schedule. The flowers arrived at the requested location and were absolutely stunning. They were securely shipped and beautifully packaged and they were ready to be displayed. They arrived in plenty of time for my event and stayed in perfect condition in the fridge until we set them up- I received numerous compliments on the stunning arrangements I was able to create with the blooms they sent. Many people remarked on how simply beautiful the blooms were. From start to finish this company and their product was worth every penny and more. Flowers were great and delivered when requested.

I wish the gardenias had come on stems and not just buds. I bought them for my Thanksgiving table and it was difficult to handle just the buds.

The gardenias arrivied in pristine condition and were beautful when I floated them in water for my event two days later.

The gardenias were beautiful and fragrant. Adding the green leaf base allowed the blossoms to float perfectly on the water in the crystal bowls they were placed. It was my wife's 60th birthday and she was pleasantly surprised and appreciative. Thank you for your excellent service.
