Q & A

Q: Will these flowers create a full, lush look like the photo?
A: Yes, hydrangeas provide volume while roses and tulips add structure, creating a naturally full and elegant design.

Q: How should I prioritize flowers when designing?
A: Start with bridal bouquet, then bridesmaids, then personals. Use remaining stems for centerpieces and décor.

Q: Do hydrangeas require special care?
A: Yes, keep them fully hydrated at all times and mist lightly to maintain freshness and fullness.

Q: When should I assemble arrangements?
A: Assemble 1 day before the wedding after flowers are fully hydrated.

Q: How do I achieve the natural green and white style?
A: Mix jade roses and vendela roses evenly, use hydrangeas as a base, and add loose greenery for a soft organic shape.

Q: Can I adjust the number of arrangements?
A: Yes, recipes are flexible. You can create fewer fuller arrangements or more minimal ones depending on your needs.

Q: How do I keep flowers fresh during the event?
A: Store in a cool space, keep in water as long as possible, and avoid heat and direct sunlight.

Tips for ordering
  • We recommend that most flowers be scheduled to be delivered 2-3 days prior to an event. All flowers are harvested just prior to delivery.
  • Delicate flowers such as Lily of the Valley, Gardenias, and Stephanotis are best when delivered 1-2 days before the event.
  • Iris have a short vase life so the delivery should be scheduled 2 days prior to your event.
  • Lotus have a short vase life so they need to be ordered 1-2 days prior to events.
  • Peonies and Ranunculus may take longer to open during cold months. Schedule delivery of these flowers 3-4 days prior to your event.
  • Alstroemeria, Gladiolus, Agapanthus, Stars of Bethlehem, Sunflowers, and Lilies may require at least 3 days for blooming. Consider scheduling delivery of these flowers 3-4 days before your event.
  • Blooming branches for Jan and Feb deliveries should be scheduled for delivery at least 7 - 10 days before your event to permit adequate blooming. Expect blooming in 10 days with cold weather. For March and later, a 4-5 day lead time before your wedding or event is suggested for proper blooming.
  • Pumpkin branches schedule delivery 2 to 3 days prior to your event.
  • For Manzanita branches, if you would like the farm to remove the leaves, this needs to be requested in advance.
If you are unsure what day to select, pick the best available date you can, we suggest 3 days prior to the event. OR you can contact our flower care experts by chat or email to help you decide which date is best for you.
