Care & Handling

Upon Arrival:

  • Unpack immediately and inspect for freshness.
  • Cut stems diagonally about 1 inch under water to promote hydration.
  • Place in clean buckets filled with room-temperature water and flower food.

Storage & Hydration:

  • Hydrate upright for 6–12 hours in a cool space before using.
  • Ideal storage temperature: 36–38°F (avoid freezing).
  • Avoid placing near ripening fruit—ethylene gas reduces freshness.

Daily Maintenance:

  • Change water every 24 hours and sanitize containers.
  • Re-trim stems every 2–3 days for maximum longevity.
  • Keep in moderate light and away from heat or direct sun.

Design Tips:

  • Blush Anemones Rosa Chiaro are ideal for spring and summer weddings with soft, elegant color palettes.
  • Combine with ivory roses, cream ranunculus, or peach garden roses for a romantic garden aesthetic.
  • Excellent for bridal bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, and ceremony arches.
  • Their natural movement and bold centers add texture and depth to floral designs.

Pro Designer Tips:

  • Use flower wire if you need more structure in bouquets.
  • Float in shallow bowls for a modern minimal centerpiece.
  • Pair with textural elements like dusty miller, eucalyptus, or seeded greens for depth.
  • Great for vintage, boho, or romantic-themed weddings looking for that premium, soft pink elegance.

What our customers say...

Tips for ordering
  • We recommend that most flowers be scheduled to be delivered 2-3 days prior to an event. All flowers are harvested just prior to delivery.
  • Delicate flowers such as Lily of the Valley, Gardenias, and Stephanotis are best when delivered 1-2 days before the event.
  • Iris have a short vase life so the delivery should be scheduled 2 days prior to your event.
  • Lotus have a short vase life so they need to be ordered 1-2 days prior to events.
  • Peonies and Ranunculus may take longer to open during cold months. Schedule delivery of these flowers 3-4 days prior to your event.
  • Alstroemeria, Gladiolus, Agapanthus, Stars of Bethlehem, Sunflowers, and Lilies may require at least 3 days for blooming. Consider scheduling delivery of these flowers 3-4 days before your event.
  • Blooming branches for Jan and Feb deliveries should be scheduled for delivery at least 7 - 10 days before your event to permit adequate blooming. Expect blooming in 10 days with cold weather. For March and later, a 4-5 day lead time before your wedding or event is suggested for proper blooming.
  • Pumpkin branches schedule delivery 2 to 3 days prior to your event.
  • For Manzanita branches, if you would like the farm to remove the leaves, this needs to be requested in advance.
If you are unsure what day to select, pick the best available date you can, we suggest 3 days prior to the event. OR you can contact our flower care experts by chat or email to help you decide which date is best for you.
