Professional Styling Guide for Allium Bullit Flowers

Achieve striking, architectural arrangements when styling fresh Allium Bullit stems using these expert florist techniques.

1. Hydrate and Trim Stems Upon Arrival

Unbox your stems immediately upon delivery. Cut 1 inch off the bottom of each stem at a 45-degree angle under cool running water and place in clean buckets filled with cool water and floral food for 2 to 4 hours before arranging.

2. Create Dynamic Height in Modern Centerpieces

Stagger stem heights within tall glass vases to allow the spherical heads to float at varying levels. This highlights their unique globe shape and creates a clean, sculptural aesthetic for reception tables.

3. Pair with Linear Accent Flowers

Combine Allium Bullit stems with other strong vertical blooms like wholesale fresh delphinium bulk to build dramatic, high-impact arrangements with clean lines.

4. Break Up Dense Focal Formations

Insert individual Allium globes into soft, dense centerpiece arrangements featuring bulk wholesale hydrangeas to add surprising geometric focal points and textural pops.

5. Handle Stems with Care During Setup

Keep hydrated stems upright in cool room conditions away from direct sunlight prior to event start times to ensure strong, straight stem alignment on display day.

FAQ

Care & Customization FAQs for Allium Bullit Flowers

Find essential information regarding hydration, stem counts, and event preparation for our fresh Allium Flower - Bullit stems.

How long will fresh Allium Bullit stems stay fresh?

When properly hydrated and kept in a cool environment away from direct heat or harsh airflow, fresh Allium Bullit stems typically maintain their crisp structure for 7 to 10 days.

What stem quantity options can I order for Allium Bullit?

We supply fresh Allium Bullit in bulk stem packages of 50, 150, and 300 stems to accommodate both focused personal arrangements and venue-wide event decor.

Do Allium flowers have a faint natural scent?

As members of the onion/garlic family, Allium stems can release a mild botanical aroma when freshly cut. Changing bucket water daily and keeping stems in clear floral preservative minimizes any natural scent.

When should I schedule delivery for my event?

We recommend selecting a delivery date 2 days prior to your event. This gives the compact globe heads adequate time to hydrate fully and show maximum color vibrancy.

Are Allium Bullit stems suitable for outdoor installations?

Yes, Allium Bullit features sturdy, thick stems that hold up exceptionally well in outdoor arbors, pedestals, and ceremony arrangements when properly hydrated prior to setup.

Tips for ordering
  • We recommend that most flowers be scheduled to be delivered 2-3 days prior to an event. All flowers are harvested just prior to delivery.
  • Delicate flowers such as Lily of the Valley, Gardenias, and Stephanotis are best when delivered 1-2 days before the event.
  • Iris have a short vase life so the delivery should be scheduled 2 days prior to your event.
  • Lotus have a short vase life so they need to be ordered 1-2 days prior to events.
  • Peonies and Ranunculus may take longer to open during cold months. Schedule delivery of these flowers 3-4 days prior to your event.
  • Alstroemeria, Gladiolus, Agapanthus, Stars of Bethlehem, Sunflowers, and Lilies may require at least 3 days for blooming. Consider scheduling delivery of these flowers 3-4 days before your event.
  • Blooming branches for Jan and Feb deliveries should be scheduled for delivery at least 7 - 10 days before your event to permit adequate blooming. Expect blooming in 10 days with cold weather. For March and later, a 4-5 day lead time before your wedding or event is suggested for proper blooming.
  • Pumpkin branches schedule delivery 2 to 3 days prior to your event.
  • For Manzanita branches, if you would like the farm to remove the leaves, this needs to be requested in advance.
If you are unsure what day to select, pick the best available date you can, we suggest 3 days prior to the event. OR you can contact our flower care experts by chat or email to help you decide which date is best for you.
