Wholeblossoms efforts on the COVID-19

We at Whole Blossoms are constantly monitoring all of the changes and enforcing all the guidelines being implemented at this time for COVID-19. We are saddened for everyone who is being affected and hope this ends as quickly as it has come.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has made several recommendations in which we are following as a company. We are also in compliance with the Center of Disease Control (CDC) with our precautionary measures for all of our employees. Everyone who is in the process of handling the flowers, from the farms, to FedEx and UPS, are all following the safety guidelines as to not spread this virus any further and are confident in what we handle and ship.

Our flowers are sent directly from the farms and as usual, are handled, with minimal contact as possible.

Whole Blossoms continues to work with all of our customers whose events have been affected and continue to work diligently to provide the same quality and service that far exceeds most standards to give you the confidence you need in these uncertain times. At this time, our entire Whole Blossoms team is working from home and all of the farms are operating, meeting all the governmental and state guidelines.

For event cancellations that are reported ten days prior to the delivery date, Whole Blossoms is giving twelve months store credit for event rescheduling or purchasing other products within that time frame. For cancellations requested outside the cancellation policy, we work diligently with our farms to see if your orders can be cancelled. However, keep in mind that if your order is cut, prepared, or routed to the airport, or in transit, orders cannot be cancelled. If you need to make changes to your orders, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
