Shipping Information

Free Standard Delivery

Shipping within the continental US is FREE for orders placed at least 6-8 days in advance of the delivery date. Door to door delivery service is provided by FedEx. Whole Blossoms also offers air freight delivery service for pickup at your local airport. For orders shipped to Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii, please see below for surcharge fees.

Please note that while orders are shipped to make your chosen delivery date, Whole Blossoms cannot guarantee delivery on your selected delivery dates. In a limited number of cases, your order may arrive 1-2 days before or after your intended delivery date. Due to factors beyond Whole Blossoms control, FedEx may delay delivery resulting from mechanical issues, inclement weather, and US Customs/USDA processing delays. Therefore, please schedule delivery of your flowers to occur a few days before your event. Additionally, FedEx may deliver on a date earlier than the committed date due to efficiencies, or your order may be shipped a day early under FedEx's recommendation. Please speak to a Whole Blossoms representative for further information.

Rush Order Processing

Flower orders can be rushed to ship out to deliver in less than a week for most products. If you need an order rushed, we can have your product prepared and shipped out on the same day or within a week for an additional fee. The Rush Handling fee is currently assessed on each item added to your cart. Please note that the Rush Fee is not a delivery service, nor does it guarantee delivery on a certain date owing to delivery factors beyond the Company's control. The Rush Fee is simply used to cover the additional processing burden and expedited manual handling of your order for rapid shipment.

Products eligible for Rush Handling will show rush delivery dates that are highlighted on their delivery calendar. To determine the Rush Fee, simply select the rush delivery date and add the item to your cart. Then proceed to the checkout page where the Rush Fee becomes visible. Summer Deliveries

For Summer deliveries where you may be concerned with high temperatures that may wilt your flowers during the delivery process, we recommend our customers have their fresh cut flowers delivered to their nearest FedEx Staffed facility for pick up. This is to prevent stress and dehydration on fresh flowers while in a FedEx delivery vehicle. To locate nearby US FedEx staffed locations, please Click Here and enter your address on the “Find a Location” section. Then check the FEDEX STAFFED option (purple square) to view locations near your address. The FedEx site will provide a list of results. Please note that choosing a Kinko's location and other non-staff FedEx locations will still result in having your flowers placed in a vehicle vehicle for delivery to that location so you want to be sure you choose only a FEDEX STAFFED location. Also, not all FedEx Staffed locations offer Saturday pickups or extended hours so please be sure you consider these factors in choosing a location.

Once you are ready to place your order for pickup from a FedEx Staffed location, please enter the following information under the Shipping Address on the checkout page:

Name: name of individual who will be picking up flowers
Care of or Company Name: HOLD AT FEDEX FOR PICK UP
Address: enter the FedEx Staffed address as shown on FedEx.com
Phone number: your phone number

Saturday Delivery

Should you require a Saturday delivery on an order, please call Whole Blossoms. An additional fee will apply and is assessed at $15 per box. Please note that due to carrier delivery practices, Whole Blossoms cannot guarantee delivery on Saturday. Saturday deliveries currently not available to California and Hawaii.

Delivery Surcharges to Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii

Due to carrier surcharge fees for duties/taxes, insurance, and incremental freight fees (base freight is free), all deliveries made to Canada and US cities outside the continental US are assessed additional fees based on total order price. Fees are as follow:

Alaska............18%
Canada...........32%
Puerto Rico......35%
Hawaii.............18%

Minimum order of $150 USD and minimum charge of $45 USD per box of product applies for all orders going to Canada and Puerto Rico.

Deliveries to Remote Areas in Canada

While most metropolitan areas of Canada are serviced quickly by FedEx, remote areas occasionally experience delays and serviced by third party carriers who may assess additional fees not covered by the Canadian surcharge paid at the time of your order placement. As a result, WholeBlossoms is discontinuing FedEx deliveries to remote, rural areas in Canada in an effort to provide optimal delivery times for our customers. Air freight service may be available, however, to rural areas at an additional surcharge.

To determine whether your delivery address is considered remote, please contact FedEx or a WholeBlossoms representative and reference your postal code to determine whether a third party carrier is required. If it is determined that your delivery address is serviced by FedEx and a third party, we recommend having further discussion with a WholeBlossoms representative to learn more about air freight service to your local airport.

Shipping to Cities Outside the US and Canada

Whole Blossoms ships wholesale flowers regularly to cities outside the US and Canada. In such instances, you will be required to clear your product through local Customs authorities through use of a local broker. Local duties and taxes are generally assessed in addition to the cost of shipping product outside the US. Generally, the cost is prohibitive for small orders but becomes economical when shipping at least a moderate number of boxes. Please call or email us if you would like more information.
