Monica - Thanks for all your help. Due to the Christmas holiday and a blizzard, I had underestimated the time I needed to order the flowers before my event. Monica worked with me on Christmas Eve day to make sure my order was placed and selections were available to be shipped in time. Each flower head came individually wrapped in perfect condtion. The spider mums are just now beginning to turn brown on the tips, a full 4 weeks after delivery! Needless to say, the flowers were fresh and beautiful, and the customer service was superb. Thank you.
