The quality of the flowers I received as well as the customer service were top notch in my experience. I was disappointed that a specific flower I ordered had been substituted at the grower level, but felt that the claims department at whole blossoms did everything they could to reconcile the situation. I especially appreciated the level of contact. There is nothing worse than being left hanging on the status of your order, when putting together a wedding or special event. So thank you. I can only imagine how many steps there are in the process of getting this perishable item to consumers in a timely fashion.
