We ordered all the flowers for my daughters destination wedding in the North Carolina mountains. The flowers were beautiful. However, delivery was not very good. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday, June 1 for a Saturday, June 4th wedding. I picked this day specifically because we were planning on being at the cabin that morning. I emailed after placing the order and asked about delivery times - I was told that usually flowers are delivered by 10am. I called after viewing the tracking numbers and expected delivery and asked that the signature requirement be removed - although customer service stated they would do that, it was not done and the flowers came signature required. On Wednesday, I was out of the cabin touring the area and received an email that a delivery had been attempted but no one was home. After a very frustrating call with fedex, the boxes they attempted to deliver were rescheduled for Thursday. However not only could they not deliver before 3pm - they informed me that 2 other boxes were on a different truck and headed to me that day - before 4:30. I was 35 minutes away, on mountain roads and it was 3pm. The delivery schedule when ordering should be honored - although I ultimately received all of my order - none of it came on June 1st as requested. This made it very hard to plan vacation and wedding events. Thankfully, Fedex honored the signed note I left on the door for the final delivery or I would have missed out on some of the pre-wedding activities - sitting in a cabin waiting for delivery.
